Boils under the Skin/Boils under Skin
Boils can cause great deal of trouble if they become serious in nature. Boils can be of various types that differ from one another based on their cause of formation, appearance and location. Though boils commonly occur on the skin surface but in several cases boils do also form below the skin. Unlike other skin infections like acne which is caused due to a superficial infection on the surface of the skin, boils have comparatively deep root embedded below the skin surface. So, if you are attacked by boils under skin you must take proper medication in order to get rid of it.
Boils under the skin are more serious in nature than those occurring on the surface. Under skin boils are very painful and can easily spread to a wide area. Generally boils under the skin do not easily form a head and as a result of which the pus can not flow out. The growth of boils under skin can turn out to be fatal if the boil is attempted to be squeezed to let the pus out.
The pus of the boils under skin is highly contagious and if in case due to improper mishandling of the boil the pus gets in contact with the deeper tissues of the skin, this may lead to the development of septic where the entire skin layers would get affected and the quality of the skin would get damaged to a great extent.
Under skin boils can further become dangerous if somehow the pus gets in contact with the main blood stream of the body. The pus is actually composed of white blood cells, bacteria responsible for causing the development of boils, protein and dead skin tissues. When the pus flows into the blood stream, due to the contamination of the blood with the harmful bacteria, the process of blood poisoning takes place. The toxic blood that carries the bacterial germs to the various organ systems cause the lethal disease septicemia.
Septicemia is the disease caused when the levels of toxic inside the body increases. If left untreated Septicemia may result death. So, to avoid such fatal consequences the occurrence of septicemia should be immediately taken under medical supervision at its very early stage for effective treatment.

- Too much exposure to the skin irritations, allergies may lead to the formation of boils infection.
- Occurrence of immune degrading diseases and poor health are often the cause of the growth of boils.
Hydradenitis Suppurative
There are many boils that even lead to the development of related skin infections that commonly grow under the skin. The boil type named Hydradenitis suppurative commonly occurs as an under skin ailment. It is responsible for the development of deep under skin inflammations called cellulites. The exact cause of the Hydradenitis Suppurative is not yet determined as scientists argue among each other regarding it. But it is generally believed that this type of under skin boil is mainly formed due to excess exposure to heat, sweating and even incidence of intense stress. Sometimes even too much of smoking may lead to the development of boils.
